Your Role:
- Provide flexible support across various age groups and classes, adapting to the needs of each child.
- Work 1:1 or in small groups, playing a crucial role in enhancing pupils' learning and personal development.
- Engage with pupils during lessons and break times, fostering connections and encouraging growth.
- Help plan and execute exciting extra-curricular activities that ignite curiosity and passion.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes confidence and creativity.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure all pupils thrive.
What We're Looking For:
- DBS: A valid DBS on the Update Service is required, or a willingness to apply for one.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children is essential; your background will help shape young minds! (At least 6 months of experience in UK classroom)
- Qualifications: A degree is preferred but not necessary-your enthusiasm and commitment matter most.
- Desirable Skills: A sporting background is a plus, but not essential; what's important is your passion for working with kids!
- Commitment: Full-time availability for 5 days a week and the desire to make a long-term impact in Milton Keynes.
