About the Teaching Assistant role:
- Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality education and ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with their learning and development.
- Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Offering emotional and social support to students, helping even the shyest child feel confident and engaged.
Level 3 Teaching Assistant Recruitments:
- positive, enthusiastic and caring approach
- Putting the children's needs first
- skilled in supporting children's learning, enabling them to make progress
- To be a team player with a good sense of humour.
- Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent based on the Governments Early Years qualifications list.
- DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one.
- Good level of Qualification in English.
- Able to commute to central Milton Keynes in timely fashion.
