Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Department for Business and Economics to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to lead our Business and Economics department, shaping the curriculum and driving academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Business and Economics department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, in line with the school's curriculum.
  • Manage and mentor departmental staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive teaching environment.

Requirements:
