Camphill Milton Keynes Communities is seeking an experienced House Coordinator for maternity cover. In this role, you will work closely with our Care & Support Managers to ensure the highest standards of care and support for residents, staff, and volunteers in line with our values.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily care services and activities for residents.
- Leading a hands-on team to deliver person-centred support.
- Promoting a positive, inclusive atmosphere within the house.
- Overseeing staff development, rotas, and health & safety.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) with a willingness to work towards Level 4/5.
- At least 1 year of experience managing services for residents with autism and learning disability.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A clean driving licence and ability to drive.
