Job Description:
Our client in the Consumer Goods market is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer for a 6-month contract based in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with EPLAN, Special Purpose Machinery (SPM), and a solid background in the consumer goods industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design electrical systems using EPLAN for special purpose machinery.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to create efficient and reliable electrical designs.
- Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the manufacturing and installation phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any design-related issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Design Engineer.
- Proficiency in EPLAN software.
- Strong background in Special Purpose Machinery (SPM) design.
- Experience in the consumer goods industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 months
- Rate: Competitive, based on experience
