Electronic Engineer - Milton Keynes - On-Site

My client is an innovation leader specialising in the design & manufacture of electronics for the global market, across a wide variety of industries, meaning a wide variety of work for you.

They have huge expansion plans, and are very stable, with an 18% net profit margin, and sales of £88m. Furthermore, over 50% of their employees have been with the company for 10+ years.

They are looking for an Electronic Engineer among other roles on their rapidly expanding R&D team, providing the opportunity for fast career growth, and the chance to have a real impact in the team.

Furthermore, many engineers specialise into different disciplines, meaning there is a high level of mobility in the company, and they have a path to achieving Charted Engineer status.

Finally, my client offers many chances for international travel, learning new practices for expert engineers across the world.

Main duties:

+ Creation of specification, schematics, and design simulations

+ PCB layout, design, testing, and troubleshooting

+ Manage own projects, with on-the-job training & support

Skills and Experience Required:

+ Bachelors in electrical, Electronic, or Electromechanical Engineering

+ Knowledge of circuit simulation & PCB design software (e.g. LTspice, Altium, Zuken)

+ Analogue & digital electronics design experience

+ Experience writing technical reports & documentation

Bonus:

+ Multidisciplinary engineering experience (embedded, mechanical, electronics, electrical)

+ Experience working for a large international company
