Location: Milton Keynes

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced (1-2 years) Electronic Hardware Engineer to join a leading OEM. This role offers the chance to be involved in cutting-edge product development, working across analogue and digital circuit design, specification creation, schematics, design simulation, PCB layout, testing, and troubleshooting.

The Role:

As part of a growing development team, you will play a key role in electronic and electrical development, including supporting test and production jigs and providing technical product support across European subsidiaries. You will work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, contributing to the development of future-proof solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop analogue and digital circuits
  • Create specifications, schematics, and conduct design simulations
  • PCB layout and design
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting
  • Support the development of test and production jigs
  • Provide technical product support across European subsidiaries

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in analogue and digital electronic design
  • Recognised qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Electromechanical Engineering
  • Experience with circuit simulation software
  • PCB design experience
  • Ability to plan and manage own projects independently
  • Experience in writing technical reports and electronic documentation

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge/experience of LTspice, EMC, MD, Safety, ATEX, ZUKEN / CR-8000
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a multinational company
