Location: Milton KeynesSalary: Circa £60k + Bonus + BensAbout the Role:We are looking for a skilled PCB CAD Layout Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-reliability microelectronics products, including PCBA and hybrid circuit designs. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize product designs and contribute to continuous improvement activities.Key Responsibilities for the PCB CAD Layout Engineer:
- Produce PCBA and hybrid circuit designs for electronics products
- Handle design changes and obsolescence issues
- Provide support for manufacturing and testing
- Participate in space analysis for new product inquiries
- Update and create documentation for product designs
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience with Cadence, Pantheon, Eagle, AutoCAD, or Solidworks
- Strong electronics design background with circuit layout expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
