We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Engineer to join a leading provider of innovative façade systems. This is a field-based role covering the UK and Ireland, where you will deliver expert technical support, directly contributing to business growth by assisting partners with best practices in fabrication and installation.

Key Responsibilities for a Technical Engineer

  • Conduct site inspections to identify and troubleshoot issues with installed systems, providing detailed reports with recommendations for corrective action.
  • Carry out surveys for customers, advising on how to improve production efficiency.
  • Perform risk assessments for on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and promoting best practices.
  • Investigate and resolve project or fabrication-related complaints, documenting findings and proposed solutions.
  • Support the training department by delivering hands-on guidance to partners and colleagues.
  • Assist in the preparation and testing of system prototypes, providing comprehensive reports and on-site installation support at testing facilities.
  • Act as primary contact during on-site visits, offering professional advice and support.

Key Skills for a Technical Engineer
