We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Hardware Engineer to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the team, handling escalations, prioritizing tasks, and allocating work.
- Serving as a roaming resource to address hardware needs at HSP.
- Modifying existing hardware to meet evolving requirements.
- Managing printer faults and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Troubleshooting hardware issues and malfunctions at users desks.
- Collaborating with software engineers to develop new components.
- Hardware:Proficiency with laptops, desktops, printers, Apple smartphones, and iPads.
- Technologies:Expertise in Windows 10/11, iOS, Azure AD, InTune, and the M365 application suite.
- People Skills:Excellent customer-facing abilities, strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet to assist with how do I queries.
- Desirable Qualifications:Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD101 & MD100).
