Morgan Philips is delighted to be supporting a Data Solutions SME to hire an experienced People Partner as part of the People team transitions to a more strategic approach. As People Partner , you will be responsible for the day to day generalist activities as well as managing strategic projects, building and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders, Senior Management, and the People Team to evolve and action the people strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience and value proposition, utilizing data to inform and support the implementation of people-focused initiatives and management strategies. This role is offered on a full or part-time basis with hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office. Key Duties:- Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, Senior Management, and the People Team to evolve and action our people strategy in areas such as well-being, organizational restructuring, resourcing, and talent management.- Work with cross-functional teams to support a superior employee experience and enhance the employee value proposition.- Utilize data to inform and support the implementation of people-focused initiatives and the effectiveness of management strategies.- Act as a facilitator for change, aiding in business transformations aligned with Company goals.- Maintain compliance with all people-related reporting requirements, both internally and externally.- Develop and update HR policies to reflect current laws and best practices, continually seeking new ideas to improve the employee experience.- Provide expert advice on a range of people matters and support managers in routine and complex employee relations.Requirements:- CIPD level qualified and an employment law expert.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and autonomously.- Exceptional planning skills, attention to detail, and a consultative approach, backed by project management experience.- Analytical and problem-solving abilities complemented by adept reporting skills.- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.- Capacity to provide advice consistent with legal standards, Company policies, and best practices.- Experience in developing people policies and staying current with employment law.- Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly at all organizational levels.
