An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our clients Technical Centre. They are looking for an engineer to provide product support to their European subsidiaries.

Overview

The role involves supporting the team by answering technical questions, assisting with customer applications, and troubleshooting. This support will involve setting up and programming PLCs, motor drivers, and industrial communications (PROFINET, EtherCAT, IO-Link, etc.). The successful candidate will also be required to design and deliver training courses/presentations to European subsidiaries, write user manuals and technical guides, and carry out investigations and tests to evaluate products.

Qualifications
