If you're passionate about creating lasting environmental impact and leading sustainable practices, we want you to help shape our success. This is a field based role, centered around the South Midlands. The Role of Sustainability Consultant:

Develop, execute, and maintain a customer care plan, ensuring regular and appropriate level of communication with the client.
Build and maintain all key accounts, by positively handling all queries, and requests and by understanding requirements of the clients and the industries they operate in.
Promote business development and identify commercial opportunities with existing members.
Attend audits with the regulator when required, to ensure legal requirements are met.
Whilst initial training will be office based, this is very much a field-based role.

To be considered for the role of Sustainability Consultant:

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Previous experience in a similar role.
An understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Excellent relationship-building.
Strong analytical, numeracy, organization and administrative ability.
Be proactive and have a self-motivating attitude.
Understanding of the principles of service quality.
Full UK Driving License.
Experience in a similar role.

The Package for Sustainability Consultant:

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday - Friday
Company car on completion of probation
Pension
20 days holidays (excluding bank holidays) rising to 25 days with service
