We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Event Coordinator based in Milton Keynes on a full-time 6-month contract basis. Our client is a well-established, reputable and global automation company. They are looking for someone to start in mid-November.

Responsibilities of theEvent Coordinator

  • Planning and executing marketing events such as trade shows.
  • Coordinate budgets and logistics.
  • Attendee tracking.
  • Pre and post event evaluations.
  • Procure and coordinate vendor services.
  • Provide on-site event support.
  • Dealing with venues, vendors, AV, catering.

Requirements for a successful Event Coordinator

  • Minimum 5 years Events experience.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating budgets.
  • Procurement and logistics experience.
  • Good timekeeping.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
