We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Membership & Events Team Leader based in Milton Keynes. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and the ability to inspire and manage a team.

Location: Milton KeynesSalary: £30,000 per annumWorking Hours: 7am-7pm (35 working hours)Contract Type: Permanent Hybrid Working

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to meet targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Handle escalated complaints and provide first-line support.
  • Oversee quality control, ensuring high standards across all communication channels.
  • Manage team schedules and encourage process improvements.
  • Provide training to ensure the team meets user needs effectively.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong customer service background with experience in complaint resolution.
  • Proficient in IT, including Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a contact centre environment and managing multi-channel enquiries.
  • Skilled in team leadership and training.
