We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join this hardworking and passionate Events team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to execute a diverse portfolio of corporate events and incentive trips, working closely with Events Managers and Sales Managers. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-impact events that motivate and inspire a Europe-wide network of product distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute regional events across Europe in alignment with company expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to support event planning in various regions.
  • Work closely with distributors to organise and execute corporate-sponsored events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, liaising with suppliers, internal teams, and marketing to ensure smooth execution.
  • Research venues and provide recommendations for future events.
  • Support the team in setting up and running events ranging from 50 to 10,000+ attendees across 29 European countries.
  • Handle project management tasks, including venue booking, speaker coordination, travel arrangements, and delegate management.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, spreadsheet management, and general event admin.
  • Gather feedback from leadership and distributors to improve future events.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Events, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in event planning and execution.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to support events.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience working with senior leadership is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, positive, and enthusiastic mindset.
  • Additional European language skills are advantageous but not essential.
