As an Executive Assistant, you will provide outstanding administrative support to the leadership team, ensuring the seamless management of daily operations. Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend)Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage diaries, priorities, and the flow of information within the leadership team.
  • Provide administrative support to Heads of Departments, including:
    • Coordinating and documenting meetings, following up on action items, and preparing supporting documents (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs).
    • Developing and managing project plans using tools like Asana and Slack.
    • Managing expense and purchase order processes.
    • Supporting strategic improvement initiatives and event management.
  • Take ownership of sales kick-off meetings, incentive programs, and merchandise store coordination.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and documents for leadership meetings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate on global projects and change management programs.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings, including schedule management and slide preparation.
  • Foster an inclusive environment and embody company values.
