Your new companyHays are working on an exclusive basis in the Milton Keynes area with a successful company who are a leader in their field. We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the C-Suite team. This pivotal role demands a candidate with exceptional attention to detail, a minimum of five years of experience as an Executive Assistant, and at least three consecutive years supporting senior executives.

Your new roleKey duties will include:

  • Calendar Management: Skilfully manage complex and accurate calendar scheduling across multiple time zones for internal/external meetings and Teams conference calls.
  • Travel Coordination: Organise domestic travel using platforms, including flights, accommodation, airport transfers, and comprehensive travel itineraries.
  • Meeting and Event Planning: Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, as well as occasional event planning duties.
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming calls and messages efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Presentation Support: Assist with creating PowerPoint presentations and preparing meeting/conference materials.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Administrative Projects: Support ad-hoc office projects in collaboration with the broader administrative team.

What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a EA/PA position with a proven track record of supporting senior executives and used to working within a large, fast paced organisation. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), demonstrated success supporting C-Suite executives or senior-level management, showcasing discretion, professionalism, and adaptability. Exceptional organisational and detail-oriented skills to ensure flawless deliverables and efficient task execution. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with professional English grammar and style. The ability to manage tasks across time zones, accommodate flexible working hours, and thrive under tight deadlines.
