Requirements:

  • This role is best suited to someone with experience leading teams in automated production, health and safety management (NEBOSH preferred), and knowledge of food safety regulations. Strong leadership, proficiency in production management software, and a background in continuous improvement methodologies are essential.

Responsibilities:

As a Assistant Production Manager you will:

  • Be assisting the Production Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining product quality & hygiene standards and driving continuous improvement in all production processes.
  • Train and manage a team responsible for the weighing and blending of our recipes and packaging them on multiple automated production lines. Supported by tech systems to ensure full traceability throughout each process, you'll work closely with our Warehouse, Technical and Engineering teams to make sure we're always operating smoothly and will always be searching for ways we can improve our performance.
