Role OverviewAs a Tech Operator, you’ll play a key part in running high-speed production lines including Tetra, Canning, and PET systems. Your responsibilities will include:

Operating and monitoring production machinery

Carrying out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

Performing regular quality and hygiene checks

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For-
Experience in a production or manufacturing setting

Skills in machine operation, lubrication, and maintenance are highly desirable

GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)

A fast learner with a proactive mindset and a strong attention to detail

A positive, team-focused attitude and solid work ethic
