We are recruiting for production operatives with machine operating experience to work for our client based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring its smooth operation to meet production requirements.
The working hours are 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 rotating on a weekly basis.
12.50 per hour initially but there is a pay scheme in place for this to increase depending on how many machines you can operate once trained.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery following safety guidelines and procedures
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure efficient performance
- Conduct regular quality checks on products
- Perform basic maintenance on machines as needed
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Keep accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities
They are looking for production operatives with strong production/manufacturing background and machine operator experience.
Job involves heavy lifting so you must be able to work physically.
