Production Order Operative
Synergy Plus Recruitment are supporting a leading, Milton Keynes based company, established with a commitment to quality and excellence. We are looking for Production Order Operatives that are focused on delivering superior products that meet the needs of their customers.
Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, night shift
Location: Milton Keynes
Duties and Responsibilities of a Production Order Operatives:
- Handling customer orders
- Demonstrate a practical commitment to supporting the quality and lead time
- Clean and sort items into correct locations
- Work as part of the team to produce a range of products
- Managing time and productivity effectively
- Ability to prioritise work
- Keep products clean and tidy to help to avoid any defects
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Ensure production areas are clean and free from obstacles
Experience Needed for a Production Order Operatives:
- Previous experience within production
- Effective communication with staff
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Able to work under pressure
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours
- Keen eye for detail
