Receiving and inspecting returned items.
Logging returns accurately on the computer system.
Assessing the condition of returned goods.
Determining the appropriate action for each returned item.
Restocking, disposing of, or preparing items for repair.
Maintaining a clean and organised returns area.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Must be computer literate.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Previous experience in a returns or similar role is essential.
