Description
Finance Analyst
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable data to ensure accuracy and efficiency in collections.
- Process and track invoices, payments, and credit memos while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain aging reports to track outstanding balances and identify delinquent accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes and improve the collections process.
- Perform financial analysis on customer credit risk and recommend appropriate credit limits.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Assist in forecasting cash flow related to accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounts receivable efficiency.
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
- A strong understanding of financial processes
- Advanced Excel Skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Ideally studying toward ACCA / CIMA
