Description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities for the Senior Finance Analyst:
- Prepare comprehensive financial models and forecasts for multiple property and housing development projects
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance reporting, budget tracking, and performance metrics
- Collaborate closely with senior management and project teams to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems specific to property investments
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Provide detailed financial insights and recommendations to support business growth strategies
Profile
Required Experience for the Senior Finance Analyst:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with minimum 5 years' FP&A experience
- Proven track record in property or housing financial analysis
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Deep understanding of financial principles specific to property development
