Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities for the Senior Finance Analyst:

  • Prepare comprehensive financial models and forecasts for multiple property and housing development projects
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance reporting, budget tracking, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and project teams to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems specific to property investments
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Provide detailed financial insights and recommendations to support business growth strategies

Profile

Required Experience for the Senior Finance Analyst:

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with minimum 5 years' FP&A experience
  • Proven track record in property or housing financial analysis
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly
  • Deep understanding of financial principles specific to property development
