With properties averaging £450,000 in value and over 100 sold per month, you'll be at the centre of a dynamic and rewarding market.

Main Duties

• Deliver expert mortgage and protection advice as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor within a bustling Milton Keynes estate agency.
• Collaborate with a proactive team of negotiators, receiving 8-12 new mortgage leads weekly.
• Access and utilize the branch's existing client database to offer remortgage solutions and protection products.
• Attend regular meetings with the introducer team to optimize lead conversion and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle mortgages up to £1m in value, with average case sizes of £3,000 and earnings of £300+ per case.
• Consistently achieve a target of writing two mortgages per week, contributing to high-earnings potential.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
• A proven track record of success in mortgage and protection sales.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and the ability to provide whole-of-market advice.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Proactive, team-oriented approach to collaboration with introducers and colleagues.
• A full UK driving license, clean compliance history, and no criminal convictions.
