You will work closely with an existing client base, as well as generate new business opportunities through the branches you support. The role will involve hybrid working, allowing a mix of office and remote work for an excellent work-life balance.Mortgage Broker Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a full range of mortgage products to suit their needs
- Conducting detailed financial assessments and affordability checks
- Managing the mortgage application process from start to finish
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Meeting individual and team targets
Mortgage Broker Package:
- Competitive base salary of up to £35k, depending on banking experience
- Generous tiered commission structure (12.5% - 30%)
- Hybrid working model: 3 days based in branch, 2 days remote working

Mortgage Broker Requirements:
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent (required)
- Proven track record in mortgage advice and sales
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline of business
