- Develop a strong understanding of financial products and identify opportunities through client conversations and relationship-building.
- Generate leads via various channels, including data lists, email marketing, LinkedIn, and other networking methods.
- Build partnerships with suppliers and introducers to increase referrals.
- Manage inbound enquiries, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the finance process from initial consultation to completion.
- Assess customers’ financial positioning, industry, and funding needs to present suitable finance solutions.
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand lender criteria, assess financial viability, and ensure the correct placement of finance applications.
- Conduct client visits to finalise agreements and strengthen relationships.
- Utilize internal systems, including WebFastTrack and Zoho CRM, to manage customer data and finance applications efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations (FCA, NACFB, AML, ICO) and report any potential risks.
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Ability to challenge and negotiate with external stakeholders.
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- High attention to detail and compliance awareness.
- No prior finance experience is required, but backgrounds in Account Management, Insurance, Recruitment, or Estate Agency would be advantageous.
- Full training and support provided.
- Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 DOE + commission
- Commission: Tiered structure (5% - 20%), offering unlimited earning potential
- Holidays: 22 days + bank holidays (28 days total)
- Hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
- Probation Period: 12 months
