Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, overseeing complex technical matters and project deliverables from start to finish.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and maintaining clear, effective communication.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring consistent delivery of quality work.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives such as training programs and presenting new ideas or strategies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to elevate client service and enhance team efficiency.
- Maintain the firm’s reputation for excellence by driving solutions to challenges and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA qualified, with relevant post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience managing a significant portfolio of audit clients.
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS102 (experience with IFRS and listed company audits is a plus).
- Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office.
