Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, overseeing complex technical matters and project deliverables from start to finish.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and maintaining clear, effective communication.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring consistent delivery of quality work.
  • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives such as training programs and presenting new ideas or strategies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to elevate client service and enhance team efficiency.
  • Maintain the firm’s reputation for excellence by driving solutions to challenges and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Requirements:
  • ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA qualified, with relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience managing a significant portfolio of audit clients.
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS102 (experience with IFRS and listed company audits is a plus).
  • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, client-oriented approach with outstanding communication skills.
