Role Overview:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with various departments to drive the success of innovative projects. This role is not just about managing numbers; it's about providing valuable insights that will influence strategic decisions and align with the company's ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with department heads to deliver financial insights that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting Excellence: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards, transforming complex data into actionable insights.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and create accurate forecasts that align with growth initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse financial performance metrics, identify trends and variances, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Business Cases: Develop compelling business cases for new initiatives and projects, showcasing their financial viability and potential return on investment (ROI).
  • Cost Management: Identify and implement strategies for cost optimisation without compromising quality or innovation.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, promoting best practices across the organisation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 year's experience in a finance business partner role or a similar capacity within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
