Job Purpose

  • Lead the delivery of audit engagements to a portfolio of large, high value clients across a broad range of business sectors.
  • Oversee the recruitment, performance and learning and development of the audit team, reviewing work and providing constructive mentorship.
  • Work closely with the Audit Partner to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
  • Support the firm’s business growth by maintaining relationships with key contacts and building a prospective network.
  • Deliver strong technical knowledge and keep up to date with legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
  • Review internal processes and providing recommendations to improve efficiencies across the Audit function.
  • Set an example for the team as a natural leader.
