Finance Business Partner, Qualified, Milton Keynes, £60,000 - £65,000 + benefits

Our client, a well-established, highly reputable organisation in the Buckinghamshire area, is seeking a qualified Finance Business Partner to join their finance team. The role is responsible for providing timely and accurate financial/management information to key stakeholders, whilst leading a team of Assistant Finance Business Partners to deliver to required outputs.

As the Finance Business Partner your responsibilities will include:

  • Attend/present meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Take responsibility of BAU Change, Tech and customer services - discussing complex accounting matters
  • Deputise for the Financial Controller for business partnering requirements
  • Identify new opportunities and solutions to help improve and drive the business forward
  • Support, coach and mentor Assistant Finance Business Partners

For this position we are looking for someone who has strong business partnering skills across various sectors, with a strong attention to detail and clear and confident communication skills. Ideally someone who has worked in a fast paced, reputable organisation before alongside key stakeholders. This person will be highly IT literate with confident communication skills as you will be tasked with working alongside senior stakeholders in the organisation. Someone who has the ability to commit to the values that the organisation promotes and is proud to promote and represent their organisation to key stakeholders. This is an open, integrated organisation where you will be heavily involved outside of finance as well.

This individual will also be self-motivated and pro-active, with the ability to work towards business deadlines. Someone who will be able to demonstrate how they can maintain and nurture relationships across the organisation. Someone who is comfortable leading and training to ensure best results are always achieved with junior members of the team. We are ideally looking for someone who is ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and someone who can lead a team of business partners whilst effectively managing their own responsibilities.
