Butler Rose is pleased to be supporting a leading finance organisation with the recruitment of a Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join their dynamic team. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote and office-based work, providing flexibility while contributing to an innovative and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will lead the financial reporting function, ensuring high-quality reporting processes and driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities will include overseeing IFRS financial statements, managing audits & international financial reporting, and optimising reporting systems.

A critical aspect of the role is supporting climate and ESG reporting, helping to shape the organisation's sustainability practices. The role also involves leading a small team, collaborating across departments, and influencing senior stakeholders.

Applicants should hold a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA) and have strong technical expertise in financial reporting and IFRS. Leadership experience and a passion for developing reporting processes are essential. A background in climate and sustainability reporting is desirable but not mandatory.
