As the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the client service operations and ensuring that our clients receive excellent service and support. You will lead a team of client service representatives and work closely with other departments to address client needs and enhance their overall experience with our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client service policies and procedures
- Handle and resolve complex client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and evaluate client service performance and provide feedback and training to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and implement improvement plans based on feedback
- Maintain and update client records and documentation
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact client services
- Prepare and present reports on client service metrics and performance to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in client services management, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle complex client inquiries and issues with professionalism
- Knowledge of financial products and services is a must
