As the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the client service operations and ensuring that our clients receive excellent service and support. You will lead a team of client service representatives and work closely with other departments to address client needs and enhance their overall experience with our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement client service policies and procedures
  • Handle and resolve complex client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and evaluate client service performance and provide feedback and training to team members
  • Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and implement improvement plans based on feedback
  • Maintain and update client records and documentation
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact client services
  • Prepare and present reports on client service metrics and performance to senior management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in client services management, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle complex client inquiries and issues with professionalism
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is a must
