About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic FP&A Manager to join a leading multi-site business for a 6-month interim contract based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment while helping drive financial planning and analysis strategies across multiple locations.

As an FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. You will work closely with senior leadership to provide insightful financial analysis and support key decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes for the business, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet analysis.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Analyse variances, trends, and business performance to drive actionable insights.
  • Partner with operational leaders across multiple sites to understand performance and suggest improvements.
  • Support budgeting activities and provide recommendations on cost optimization and profitability.
  • Ensure alignment of financial goals with the overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with finance and non-finance teams to improve business processes and performance metrics.
  • Oversee ad-hoc financial analysis as required by leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar FP&A role within a multi-site or complex business environment.
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Experience with financial software and systems (ERP, reporting tools).
  • A strong commercial mindset with a focus on actionable insights.
  • Available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
