Are you a hands-on, hard-working individual with a strong work ethic and a valid Counterbalance FLT license? We’re looking for a reliable Machine Operative to join our busy team!
About the Role:This is a physically demanding role that requires someone who can work well under pressure and be a real team player. You’ll start on a day shift, but must be fully flexible as the role will transition to rotating shifts: 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm.
Key Responsibilities:-
Operating machinery efficiently and safely

Loading and unloading materials using a counterbalance forklift

Assisting with production line duties as required

Ensuring workplace is kept clean and safe

Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Valid Counterbalance FLT license (essential)

Good level of physical fitness – heavy lifting involved

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible with shift patterns

Immediate start for the right candidate
