Reach Fork Lift Truck DriverSalary: £27,000 plus 25% of salary and excellent benefitsLocation – Milton Keynes   Our prestigious and award-winning scientific client is currently looking to recruit a Reach Fork Lift Truck Driver working within a Top 10 global business.    Key Responsibilities:
  • Goods Handling & Dispatch: Pick, pack and dispatch goods accurately, ensuring timely and efficient order processing that meets customer requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain high stock accuracy (99%) and traceability within the SAP ERP system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Administrative Support: Collaborate with customers, suppliers and transport companies; generate customs invoices and complete Post Goods Issues.
  • Compliance & Standards: Support and adhere to Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards, including ISO and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a track record of handling senior-level duties.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is desirable.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy and a methodical approach to ensure consistent and reliable service.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to establish practical solutions.
  • Team-Oriented: Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, fostering a collaborative working environment
Essential Requirements:     
  • Experience of working within a warehouse and distribution environment.
  • Fork Lift Reach Truck operating licence.
  • Good IT Skills around Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Attention to Detail. 
  • Good organisational skills.
  Desirable Requirements:
  • SAP experience.
  • Certificate in Dangerous Goods Handling.
  • Experience within a temperature controlled supply chain environment.
  • Pharmaceutical products experience.
  • A Levels, ONC, City & Guilds level 3, BTEC National Diploma Level 3, IVQ Technician Diploma, or equivalent.
