Key responsibilities of the Administrator will include but are not limited to:
- Checking, verifying and processing application data.
- Capturing and accurately recording applicant data on a CRM.
- Requesting additional applicant information and providing customer support via telephone and email.
- Working towards challenging targets & through busy peak periods whilst maintaining quality.
- To ensure that all information is input on databases accurately and that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Reviewing business processes to ensure they are effective and compliant.

To be a successful Administrator, you must have:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload in a face paced environment.
- Self-motivation with experience of working in a target and process driven environment.
- A high standard of literacy and numeracy.
- Previous system database experience.
- Ability to pick up new systems/processes quickly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good decision-making ability and desire to take ownership.
