A knowledge of cycling products, especially Road and MTB bikes, is essential, with experience in Shimano products being a plus.
Role Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers with expert advice and timely product recommendations. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will take charge of managing incoming sales inquiries, responding to customer emails, and providing in-depth technical guidance across a range of products. You'll be working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement with product promotion to help drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
" Handle incoming calls from customers, processing orders and providing product information
" Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally
" Contact customers with product updates, offers, and promotions
" Offer detailed, technical advice on the full product range
" Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
