Our global motorcycle manufacturing client is urgently looking to fill the following role:

Events Specialist Motorcycles - Competitive Salary + Variable + Benefits - Milton Keynes

Job Requirements:
As the Events and Community specialist you will report to the Marketing Manager of your region. You will support the team in leading shows and events, experiential community activations, dealer community engagement activations, partnerships and product placement campaigns for achieving the targeted increase in brand reach and establishing the brand in the region. You will also support reporting, measuring and analysing the impact of marketing activities so as to continuously improve the marketing
efficiencies and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the organisation of national Shows and Events from briefing, budget setting to delivery.
- Collate all event reporting and create summary decks for business stakeholders.
- Ensure staff briefings are prepared and shared with event staff ahead of time.
- Key point of contact for ride partners and dealer queries relating to the Riders Club of Europe, building a community of motorcycle owners and enthusiasts.
- Work with legal teams to negotiate new ride partner contracts as well as lead the implementation, reporting and feedback of the agreement.
- Supporting new product launches and new business initiatives, by coordinating campaigns, marketing events and product placements.
- You will work with dealers to coordinate dealer led events and PR events / press launches and ensure adherence to brand guidelines, leading dealer briefings and ensuring reporting is in place.
- Actively taking part in marketing campaigns and organising meetings and conferences aimed at the dealer network.
- Create JDM rides and lead the implementation of community events.
- Leading dealer marketing programs relating to events, RCE and ride partner engagement ensuring smooth execution in order to expand the reach, increase the funnel size, increase conversion and maximise the Return on Marketing Investments.
- Collating and sharing best practice from within the dealer network on a national level.
- Support the custom team with roll out of any client sponsorship dealers (EG: DTRA, BSB) ensuring community engagement is considered in terms of events, competitions etc.
- Understanding brand guidelines and consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials.
- Support the PR team with the managing of VIP customers, ensuring high levels of service delivered by the dealer and the rest of the business.
- Support the implementation of the annual marketing plan for your region.
- Occasional requirement to work weekends and outside of office hours, as well as UK travel with overnight stays depending on the marketing activity.

Skills / Education Required:
- English in GCSE, Bachelor degree in the field of Business Marketing or Event Management preferred
- Demonstrable experience of working in the Motorcycle industry with event management experience
- Comfortable to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Good networking and PR skills.
- Professional personal presentation and manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excel and Analytical experience.
