Job Title: Exam Delivery Manager
Salary: £38,850
FTC 18 months
Hours: 35 hours per week - Hybrid working available after training
Location: Central Milton Keynes
We have an opportunity for a management professional looking to working in the education delivery sector.You will be managing the administration function, whilst also providing exceptional service to the business end users.As Exam Delivery Manager, you will work closely with suppliers, venue providers and the wider internal team.
You will have excellent relationship building skills, be highly organised and a management track record. The role of Exam Delivery Manager also requires strong Excel knowledge and the ability to manage process and procedures effectively, making changes where necessary.

Key Responsibilities for an Exam Delivery Manager:
- To support the Head of Exam Delivery in delivering organisation supported exams globally
- To manage and control the preparation of the core annual examinations
- Accurately creating exam sessions within internal systems and manage the session booking window, including session booking issues
- To process manual exam applications promptly, ensuring payments have been received or fee waivers have been authorised and all systems are updated correctly
- Manage exam booking changes ensuring all systems and stakeholders are updated accordingly
- To manage, review and collate post exam data for review and escalation
Essential Skills for an Exam Delivery Manager:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- High level of data entry accuracy
- Proven ability to prioritise and deliver excellence in a fast-paced environment
- Previous line management experience
