Exciting Pharmacist Opportunities – Multiple Roles Available (Band 6 – Band 8a)
Location: Hertfordshire
Pay: £22 – £40 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Standard Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (with potential for a 4-day workweek)
We are currently recruiting for multiple pharmacist roles across a range of clinical specialisms with our hopsital based clients in Hertfordshire. If you're an experienced pharmacist looking to further develop your career in a supportive and dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! Available Specialisms:
- Oncology
- Women’s Health
- Pediatrics/Children’s Services
- General, medical surgical
- Dispensary based roles
These roles provide an exciting opportunity to work in leading clinical settings, offering high-quality care in specialized areas. You'll be working within a multi-disciplinary team, playing a key role in patient medication management and contributing to positive health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting clinical checks and prescription reviews
- Providing medication optimization and clinical advice to patients and healthcare teams
- Managing treatment regimens and reviewing therapies in specialized areas (Oncology, Women’s Health, Pediatrics)
- Supporting medication reconciliation, discharge preparation, and care plan development
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

- GPhC registered pharmacist with relevant clinical experience
