Excellent opportunity to join a market leader in their field (Engineering Tools and systems Manufacturer) as a field based technician/Technical sales Engineer. Covering the South of England you will be responsible for installations and maintenance checks with existing customers. Although this is a technical operational role you will also be responsible for selling maintenance contracts to existing customers who have not already taken these out. This will form part of the bonus earning potential. As this is a large area you need to be prepared to stay away anything up to 2 nights a week away so travelling shouldn't be a problem.

To be considered for this role you will currently be performing a field based engineering/technicians role and you should have a broad knowledge of I.T programs and problem solving skills. Full product training will of course be given. You should be a self-motivated individual with a hands-on approach, who can anticipate the needs of those around them. A well-structured individual who possesses strong organisational skills, is a team player and eager to face new challenges with enthusiasm, commitment and an open mind. You need to be flexible and adaptive in your approach, as you will be expected to work with multiple departments, with a varied array of duties depending on who you are working with. Be capable of working to tight deadlines whilst remaining level-headed under pressure.
