NET Recruit are partnering with a highly successful business to search for an Interim Finance Transformation Specialist in Milton Keynes for a 6-month fixed term contract.Your RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Collaborating the finance team in the documentation of current processes, and from this creating a plan to navigate through the change that is required
  • Supporting the Head of finance on developing and understanding the requirements for the transformation plan, developing reporting to demonstrate project tracking for various relevant stakeholders
  • Working with the system provider to deliver system developments alongside suitable training for any end users, including the finance team
  • Liaising with key stakeholders across the business to ensure finance and business alignment with changes
  • Overseeing and supporting the execution of the transformation projects within the timescale set out
  • Gathering and providing feedback from stakeholders
  • Highlighting areas for ongoing improvement within the finance processes and systems
You MUST HavePlease apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Excellent experience in running and developing financial transformation projects
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, Jet Reporting, Business Central, Microsoft Excel and any other relevant software/systems
  • Strong communication skills, particularly with relaying information to a variety of stakeholders
  • Exposure to a fast-paced environment
Due to this being an interim role for 6 months, applicants MUST be immediately available or at very short notice and be happy to undertake an interim contract.Your OpportunityThis is a highly exciting opportunity to join a thriving business, where upon the position holder will be collaborating with senior finance leaders such as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance to drive the transformation strategy and enable a series of important projects across various areas within the function, including systems, treasury and reporting.For the successful candidate within this role, renumeration of up to £80,000 FTE will be on offer, depending on prior experience and knowledge, which will accompany an additional benefits package include a competitive holiday and pension allowance, and a plethora of attractive benefits and rewards.
