Job Title: Counterbalance FLT Driver
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours of work: rota 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00
Rate of pay: £13.63-£14.66 per hour
Gap-personnel acting as employment business, are currently recruiting for C/B FLT Driver, for one of the sites in Milton Keynes, with asap start.
The site offers superb, modern production facilities and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will work closely with the shift leaders and senior management to ensure each product is prepared, packaged, and dispatched on time for customer delivery.
Reporting directly to the shift leader your duties will included:
- Use of Forklift to place pallets within warehouse and production areas
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Transport raw materials to production workstations
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
- To undertake the preparation of soft non-alcoholic drinks
- This will involve using and controlling various machines following an appropriate training
The ideal candidate will have a great eye for detail, be able to use their own initiative, good at fault-finding and comfortable with manual handling due to the nature of the role. Previous experience within a similar industry would be preferred.
The ideal candidate:
- In Date Counterbalance licence essential
- Well-organised and able to work unsupervised.
- Be able to follow procedures to KPI standards.
- Good understanding of English, Maths and Comprehension

- 4 on 4 off with rotation days and nights
- 12 hours shift (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am)
