MK Personnel Solutions Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated Production Team Leader to work for a reputable food production company located on the outskirts of Buckingham. Own transport is essential for this role as there is no public transport available in the area.

Our client are market leaders in their field, they are a food manufacturer and they are expanding at a fast pace.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise production staff to ensure efficient operation of the food production line
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Maintain accurate production records, complete necessary documentation, and ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes and meet targets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, provide necessary training, and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE provided onsite)
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the production area to meet hygiene standards - You must be able to understand how factory machinery and equipment works and have the willingness to learn.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production or a related field is highly desirable
- Proficiency in mechanical knowledge to oversee equipment operations effectively
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating quantities, and analyzing production data
- Can fix day to day issues and know who to ask when you need help/advice.

- You will be leading the line and will understand the process of how it works.

- Complete all paperwork on the production line you are responsible for.

- Able to cover multiple jobs on the production line and provide guidance to Operatives.

- Must be flexible if required to clean all aspects of the line.

- Provide training to new staff and ongoing training, to provide guidance and to lead by example.

- Must be a confident communicator, you will be liaising with suppliers and colleagues at Director levels.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating tasks with team members

Shift:
We have 2 shifts available 7am-5pm or 3pm Midnight Monday until Friday
