Do you have a passion for English and a knack for engaging learners? Are you interested in helping healthcare professionals develop communication skills in a healthcare setting?

We are seeking a motivated and experienced English language trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training programs for healthcare professionals in the UK.

About the Role:

In this role, you will create and deliver engaging English language training programs specifically tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals. You will also need to help them improve communication with colleagues and patients, build rapport, and deliverclear and concise information.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Native or near-native fluency in English with excellent grammar and pronunciation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English as a trainer
  • Proven ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Experience working with adult learners.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare communication best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to work part-time or freelance hours.
  • Develop and deliver needs-based English language training programs for healthcare professionals.
  • Create a positive, supportive learning environment that encourages participation and confidence building.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare organisations to understand their specific requirements.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with online learning platforms.
  • A relevant teaching qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience working in the healthcare field.
  • The ability to assess learner needs, set learning objectives, and develop effective lesson plans.
