The successful candidate will be responsible for providing governance and oversight of projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and are executed according to Group standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, extensive digital experience, and a deep understanding of Agile principles.

Head of PMO - What will you be doing?

* Provide governance and oversight of projects and initiatives.* Ensure alignment of work with business objectives.* Define and maintain a portfolio view of initiatives.* Establish an effective Demand and Supply pipeline.* Champion strong IT governance.* Manage demand and supply of resources.

* Extensive knowledge of Lean Portfolio management framework.* Strong leadership skills.* Excellent communication skills.* Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.* Strong financial acumen.* Extensive digital experience with a strong understanding of Agile principles.
